Refund and Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
A restocking fee may apply:
  • A 10-20% restocking fee may apply for change of mind returns, dependant on the product purchased
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
Non-Collection, Incorrect Address, or Refused Delivery
If an order is returned due to non-collection, incorrect address, or refusal, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
  • Used, damaged, or opened items
  • Products with removed labels or packaging
  • Food, medication, or perishable goods
  • Items returned after 14 days (for change of mind)
  • Sale items or gift cards
Errors or Faulty Items
If a return is due to an error or a faulty/damaged product, no restocking fee will apply and shipping costs will be refunded where applicable.
Returns Process
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
